Video Games Have a Place in Schools?

By alldaygamer • June 2, 2008

I came across an interesting article by Christopher Dawson at zdnet.com that ask the question whether video games have a place in schools. I believe that if used correctly video games could help young children develop certain skill sets while still having fun. Gaming systems such as the Wii, with its motion-sensing ability come to mind. That’s all for today, but don’t worry there is more to come :) For more info read Christopher’s article (link above).

I am a normal guy who loves to play video games. My current favorite system is the Xbox 360 and the game I am stuck on (read addicted to) right now is Rock Band. I also have a Wii along with most of the consoles from the past, such as a Super Nintendo, original NES, and a Sega Dreamcast.
